• Collaborate with management to establish sales goals and budgets of the team
• Develop sales strategies and direction to lead team members meeting assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Inspire, lead and motivate team members, ensuring best practice initiatives to deliver excellent customer service.
• Explore all business opportunities to aid market expansion and to ensure business growth.
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management

Requirement

• Degree holder in business administration, finance, or other relevant subjects.
• Minimum of 10 years media sales experience of which at least 5 years in managerial position
• Understanding of trends and direct competitors with commercia awareness
• Excellent in negotiation, presentation and communication skills and with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Good in MS office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
