Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial import and export shipments for Overseas, HK, China
• Responsible handle shipping arrangement and shipping document
• Support daily functioning of logistics and HK/China warehousing operation
• Handle full set I/E declaration and L/C
• Coordinate with factory/HK team on shipments/ freight forwarder
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At Least 3-5 year of relevant working experience in shipping
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Experience in PC applications including MS. Word, and Excel.
• Independent, Self-motivated, and well organized
• Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility
• Hard working, sensitive to numerical data
• Able to work under pressure
