System Engineer (Fresh Graduate consider)

Job Scope:

• Installation/maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers
• Develop and maintain system-level applications using shell (BASH) for systems administration tasks.
• Analyze system performance, usability, scalability, and security.
• Provide IT support and Help Desk activity
• Administer Linux servers in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Deploy, monitor, and support solutions for hosted applications.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Experience in Different Linux Distribution (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux ...etc)
• Knowledge in TCP/IP Networking
• Knowledge in AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage
• Certification in Linux is an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

 

Senior Network Engineer (offer upto 78K)

Job Responsibilities:
• Provides technical advice relating to the corporate network infrastructure, addressing reliability, availability, scalability, security, and recovery
• Provides daily technical support for wired/wireless network infrastructure, on-premise / cloud network connectivity, network routers, switches, Internet gateways, application delivery products, NAC solutions, and VPN concentrators.
• Provides management, monitoring, problem determination, and recovery support for internetworking equipment.
• Creation of network architecture drawings, IP schemas, and other network documentation required for daily support and projects.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to lead and drive new corporate network projects.
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Network Design and Implementation projects and troubleshooting, of which 3 years in supporting IT infrastructure for large scale organizations and Datacenter networks.
• Solid track record in managing and supporting IT infrastructure covering LAN/WAN and wireless network technology
• Experience with network routing & switching, network security, network load balancing, network access control solution design and implementation.
• Experience with Cisco networking software (IOS and NX-OS), H3C or Huawei network OS.
• Experience with Aruba Wireless controller software (ArubaOS), F5 BIG-IP TMOS, Fortinet FortiOS software.
• Similar with Network monitoring Tools and software (SNMPv2/v3, Netflow, IPFIX, MRTG, Solarwinds NPM) or equivalent.
• Possession of certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, H3CNE, H3CSE, HCIA, HCIP or equivalent is an advantage.
• Possession of related IT certification is an advantage.
• Good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good attitude and cross-team collaboration work.

 

Network Engineer (Junior / Middle level)

Duties

• Network Chang Support (infrastructure), H3C/Huawei Switch, PA Firewall
• Perform daily operation support and fault isolation on network incidents
• Perform Network routers, switches, access point configuration
• Network equipment maintenance and support
• Network project deployment, support and ongoing management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• Prefer 2 years of network support experience
• Good in problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking and Applications
• Polite and good in communicate with end-users, customers, ISP, vendors, and teammates
• Able to work independently
• CCNA certificate holder is an advantage

 

IT Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day front-line support or troubleshooting users in a variety of working environments.
• Support the IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, application software and configurations for the group.
• Assist in system administration support on Windows, LAN & WAN networking.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and internal ITS applications.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
• Assist in procedural documentation and relevant reports, etc.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline
• Experience with window desktop OS, Office365 and windows server OS.
• Pro-active, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of network technologies including firewalls, Proxy, network load balancer and DNS.
• 1-2 years relevant experience on IT support
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
