Job Responsibilities：

• Manage weekly operation meeting. 
• Oversee the Sales and Operations teams in facilitating daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor order processing requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. 
• Monitor and review logistics chain 
• Prepare accurate report and handle day-to-day sales operations and billing issues promptly.
• Assist and support to business expansion and operations in overseas markets.
• Perform any other ad hoc duty as assigned by the supervisor. 

 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification. 
• At least 5 years of relating experience. 
• Experience with operation in Chinese companies would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English. 
• Proficiency in Software application.
• Knowledge of OA and Saas system would be an advantage. 
• Strong organizational and planning skills. 
• Less experience will be consider as Operations Manager.
