    • Job Highlights

    • Help with daily office tasks and manage supplies and equipment.
    • Assist H.R. with keeping track of staff leave and other duties.
    • Help with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and filing

    Duties:

    • Support daily office operations and manage supplies and equipment.
    • Assist the H.R. department with staff leave records
    • Assist in general bookkeeping, data entry, A/R vouchers and filing.
    • Assist in ad hoc assignments

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
    • A LCC Accounting Certificate is preferred
    • Good oral English and Chinese including Cantonese & Putonghua
    • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome as TRAINEE
    • More experience will be considered as Senior post

    職責：

    • 支援日常辦公室運作並管理用品和設備
    • 協助人力資源部做好員工休假紀錄
    • 協助一般簿記、資料輸入、應收帳款憑證和歸檔。
    • 協助臨時任務

    要求：

    • 1-2年相關工作經驗。
    • 具LCC會計證書者優先
    • 良好的英語和中文，包括粵語和普通話
    • 經驗較少也會考慮為見習職位
