About the role and responsibilities:

• Assistant to Technical Manager
• Diagnose vehicle technical problems and provide solution.
• Communicate and work collaborate with relevant parties (e.g. clients, manufactories and service center) for project running smooth
• Provide vehicle aftersales support to customer and coordinate repair service with service center
• Handle ad hoc projects

Who we are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or Higher Diploma
• Fresh graduate or less experience is considered as Assistant Engineer.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the aftersales process to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Experience in mechanical or vehicle industry is an advantage
• Knowledge in AutoCad drawing software is preferable.
• Self-motivated, aggressive, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Strong logical thinking and communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
