The Job

  • Administer day-to-day office solutions/facilities/equipment maintenance;
  • Engage and monitor the performance of service providers/suppliers related to office services and systems;
  • Maintain inventory records;
  • Oversee the set up and operation of and audio visual facilities and systems to support meetings and events
  • Oversee the scheduling and usage of meeting rooms;
  • Handle procurement process including sourcing, obtaining quotations and following up on orders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;
  • Compile data and prepare statistical reports, utilizing AI software tools for data analysis and presentation, such as PowerPoint; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Person

  • A recognized degree, or equivalent;
  • At least two years of relevant experience in office solutions/facilities maintenance and supply and procurement, preferably gained from public organizations or large corporations;
  • Conversant use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Responsive to new demands by generating ideas and solutions with practical details
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and organization skills; and
  • Responsible, self-motivated, mature and able to work independently as well as under pressure.

Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
