What you will be doing:
  • Lead and contribute to projects for Improving branch operation efficiency via centralization, automation and process simplification
  • Support branches in various daily operational and administration matters.
  • Prepare and conduct operational training for branch operation staff.
  • Oversight on branch operation quality and control.
  • Review and comment procedure manual to align with the operational workflow.
  • Involve branch network planning and co-ordinate with stakeholders for branch modernization projects such as Branch Open/Closure
  • Work with Human Resources Division on branch staffing matters such as resources planning, inter- branch staff transfer.
  • Manage Branch Mystery Shopper Program.

What we are looking for:
  • Degree holder or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years retail banking experience with good knowledge on branch operations.
  • Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
  • Mature, proactive and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
