Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a chain of restaurant
• Develop strategies to meet sales targets, drive business development, and enhance brand growth
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize sales growth, productivity, and manpower efficiency.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) roll-out to ops teams
• Work with the team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in our shop(s)
• Handle ad-hoc and unexpected staffing changes to ensure operations go smoothly
• Tracking food inventory usage to maximise quality, efficiency, and minimise waste
• Forecast and plan for the overall operational needs and expansion.

Requirements：

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Catering Operations with proven track record in supervisory level and people development
• Good business acumen with strong passion in food & beverage industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with good communication & problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
