工作職務:

• 處理監控警報信息
• 接聽客戶電話、 處理客戶查詢及跟進客戶之要求
• 準確地記錄有關資料及部門文職工作
• 分日班、夜班、需輪班於公眾假日工作，每月基本值班日18天

Work duty:

• Process monitoring alarm information
• Answer customer calls, handle inquiries and follow up customer requests
• Accurately record relevant information and handle administrative and clerical work
• Day & overnight shifts and need to work on public holidays, basic on duty day is 18 days a month

入職要求:

• 中五或以上程度
• 擁一年以上工作經驗為佳
• 具基本中、英文電腦知識， 包括英文打字，Word 及 Excel等，懂中文打字為佳
• 操流利廣東話，一般英語及普通話應對
• 持有 "保安人員許可證"及QAS証書 或有電話客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
• 守時、自律、有責任心、工作勤奮、團隊精神、學習能力、解決問題的能力、能有效率及準確地完成指定工作

Entry requirements:

• Secondary Education Form 5 or above
• More than one year of work experience is preferred
• Basic computer knowledge in Chinese and English, including English typing, Word & Excel. Knowledge of Chinese typing is preferred
• Speak fluent Cantonese, general conversation in English and Mandarin
• Holder of "Security Personnel Permit" and QAS certificate or telephone customer service experience is preferred
• Punctuality, self-discipline and responsibility, hard work, team spirit, learning ability, problem-solving ability, able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
