We are now looking for a talented Temporary Estate Assistant (6-month contract) to join our estate team at Taikoo Shing Residential - an accomplished and customer-focused team provide quality services to our tenants, optimize property performance, and create vibrant, thriving residential communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle swimming pool card enquires and applications by the residents by phone calls or at the reception counter
• Provide counter services and handle payment procedures regarding the swimming pool card applications at the Management Office
• Provide clerical or administrative support regarding the swimming pool operations, e.g. Keep proper records of inspections, enquires and complaints and refer the details to relevant staff or departments for follow up, preparing notices or signages regarding the swimming pool operations
• Daily patrol of swimming pools for monitoring the performance of contractors, including cleaners, attendants, lifeguards
• Monitor the contractor of old clothes collection
• Daily patrol of tennis court to check/stamp the receipt and control of reschedule situation as requested by Internal Audit

REQUIREMENTS

• HKCEE/ DSE or above passed in English and Chinese
• 1 year working experience in clerical/administrative/data entry work is preferred
• Well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduated are welcome
