Job Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support for projects and events, including data entry, report preparation, and filing documents (hard and soft copies)
  • Maintain and update training databases, participant records, and systems for accuracy
  • Handle general tasks like scheduling, record-keeping, and managing training-related documentation

2. Training Delivery Support:

  • Set up training venues, including equipment, seating, and materials
  • Prepare and distribute pre- and post-training materials
  • Assist in setting up training rooms for both face-to-face (F2F) and virtual sessions, ensuring technical and logistical needs are met
  • Provide on-site and virtual support during training sessions to address technical issues and manage participant queries

3. Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Provide on-site support during events to resolve technical or logistical issues
  • Act as a backup for CX (Customer Experience) by handling participant inquiries
  • Support cross-team projects or events as needed

 

Job Requirements

  • High accuracy for tasks like data entry, report preparation, and managing training records
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate training activities and engage with participants.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing, with familiarity in video production tools/ Zoom
  • Experience in training or education-related roles is a plus.
  • The candidate must commit to at least 4 working days per week. Immediate availability is preferred to ensure continuity.
