Job Description
PRIME FUNCTION
- Assist Senior Brand Manager to plan, carry out and evaluate marketing campaigns with the aim to achieve business and marketing objectives and budget in the most effective and efficient way.
MAIN DUTIES
- Plan, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns aiming at achieve business and marketing objective
- Liaise with different internal and external parties to ensure smooth launch of marketing campaigns and new products
- House keeping in ANP and proactively monitor and report marketing intelligence and consumer trends
- Assist to formulate marketing objectives and strategies
- Assist to analyze market situation; deduce insight and translate to actionable plan
- Performs ad-hoc duties as requires
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- University graduates preferably in Marketing or related discipline
- 4 years + marketing experience with 2 years in FMCG
- Experience in the large scale of brand campaign
- Work experience in leading multi-functional projects
- Mature, presentable and good communications skills with all levels
- Proactive in following up projects
- Data analytical capability and basic knowledge to Nielsen market track, kantar BHT and U&A
- Excellent command of both Chinese and English
- Ability to work in dependently under pressure
