Duties :

To provide of bilingual text content copywriting in both Chinese and English for publicity materials, feature articles for various projects and for different themes

To manage Facebook post creation and over all Facebook management such as

• preparation of content based on requirements and job briefs;
• provision of bilingual text content (Chinese and English) for Facebook regular posts;
• scheduling and disseminating the posts;
• monitoring, reviewing and replying the engagement of the posts

Requirements :

• Possess a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent
• Prefer degree holders in languages, translation, history, humanities, social sciences, journalism, communications, marketing, public relations or other related disciplines;
• Have strong oral and written communication skills as well as good editing skills in both Chinese and English; and have met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in Use of Chinese and Use of English in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent;
• Have at least 3 years’ full-time post-graduate working experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, publications, public relations, publicity campaign management or online platform (including social media) management in sizeable organisations or corporations, multi-national companies or public relations agencies, preferably in archives, libraries, museums, public organisations, universities or government setting;
• Solid copywriting experience would be an advantage;
• Involving at least 1 year’s full-time experience of assisting in running a Facebook page, creation of social media post content and public engagement campaign for online platforms such as Facebook, social media marketing and engagement with the use of interactive, digital platforms and/or mobile applications;
• Be proficient in the application of common business software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Have good organisational, communication and writing skills;
• Be pleasant, mature, self-motivated and able to work independently

Work Hours :

Mondays to Fridays : 9:12am – 6:00pm (except public holidays)
