Field Engineer
We are currently seeking talented candidates as a Field Engineer, to be worked for the multi-clients in Hong Kong. My client is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence and their business is currently seeking for a great attitude candidates to join their team.
Job Description:
- Provide onsite support, installation, break/fix on PC desktop & Laptop on customer site
- Relocation for desktop items and maintain the correct inventory record
- Support basic networking such as connectivity, LAN troubleshooting
- Participate IT projects such as office relocation and system upgrade as assigned by the Team Lead
- Coordinate the installation, configuration and troubleshooting with relevant application team for various applications
- May occasionally require working on weekend and public holiday to meet project timeline.
- Prepare service reports on support calls
- Conduct User Acceptance Tests and Trainings
Job Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
- Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving
- Fresh graduates with good attitude will also be considered
- On-job training will be provided for less experienced candidates
