The role:

We are looking for a Junior HRBP for leading US Asset Management firm in Hong Kong.

Salary range:

Up to $HK 65,000 p/m + bonus

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Help maintain and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights that support business objectives.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and promoting career development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to support departmental initiatives and drive employee engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and relevant legal regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in HR.

Key skills required:

  • At least 3 years’ HR experience from a leading global financial services firm – ideally from US HQ firm
  • Native level English & Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Advanced level MS Excel highly preferable
