- Information Technology
- Deploy computer with standard build image, Windows, office and common software activation
- Computer management under MS Domain environment
- Join domain for computer and work with Level 2 support to assign AD policy
- General computer hardware and software issues troubleshooting
- Configure Anti-virus software, Windows update, Endpoint management agent of User computer
- Manage user service requests and issues under Service Desk Ticketing System
- Responsible for services desk hot-line query
- Restore and backup user data and windows profile
- IT equipment inventory (Hardware and Software)
- Software installation with company standard procedure
- Meeting Room setup and support (Audio Call, Video Conference and presentation)
- User IT equipment relocation
- Regular service report and documentation
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
- Experience in meeting room equipment and network equipment is an advantage
- Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
