Our client, a well-known hotel in Kowloon, is looking for a Housekeeping Attendance to join their professional team. 

Responsibilities 工作職責: 

Clean and upkeeps front of house area such as guest room, guest corridors, and also back of the house area such as linen rooms and cupboards according to procedures and protocols 以及根據程序和規範，清潔並維持前台區域，例如客房、客房走廊，和清潔後台區域，例如布草房和櫃子

Provide valet service as needed, included delivery of linen and the processing of laundry requests 根據需要提供代客服務，包括送洗衣物和處理洗衣要求

Ensures that guest services are promptly and courteously addressed. 及時和禮貌對房客服務並及滿足客人要求。

Maintains a daily room checklist 完成客房每日檢查工作單。

Job Qualification工作要求:

Possession of a Training Certificate in Housekeeping or prior experience in housekeeping and the hospitality industry is preferred.
修讀相關的房務課程，或有客房工作經驗及有酒店業經驗優先考慮。

Capable of speaking, reading, and writing in English and Mandarin.
具有講，讀和寫簡單英語的能力。

At least equivalent to a Primary Education level.
至少須具備小學或相同的學歷程度。
