• Bachelor Degree or higher with relevant professional training
  
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Senior School Administration and Management equivalent to Senior Graduate Master (SGM) level or higher
  
• Must meet the requirements of the Education Bureau, including training requirements for promotion or completion of recognized training courses
  
• Attained a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST)
  
• Willing to accept challenges and proactive
  
• Possess leadership skills and good teamwork abilities
  
• Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  
• Possess exemplary interpersonal skills in interfacing with various school stakeholders
  
• Have a thorough understanding of Hong Kong's educational development and reform trends
