The Executive Search Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for senior-level positions within the financial services industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, deep financial knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The individual contributor will be expected to:
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for executive-level roles.
- Source, screen, and assess high-caliber candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate interviews, evaluations, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations.
- Manage multiple recruitment timelines and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Successful candidates should possess:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 8-12 years' experience in executive search, recruitment or talent acquisition within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products and services.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken) is essential.
