Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dot Net Application Support Engineer located in Hong Kong at The Getch. The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting applications, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues.

Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience working with .Net application support and Enhancements.

• Candidate should have 5+ yr. exp in Microsoft Technology - ASP.Net,C#.Net,VB.Net , MS SQL

• Good functional understanding of Ecommerce application.

• Working knowledge in a Techno functional role within a Support set up is required.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.

• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

• Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.

• Sound knowledge of Code set up and replicating issues for suggesting remedial measures.

• Identifying and resolving technical and functional issues.

• Maintaining and updating technical / functional documents and procedures

• Should have working experience in Service Now.

• Good in stakeholder management, monitoring, and communication skills.

• Should be good in verbal and written Cantonese and English language.

Nice to Have Skills:

Good to have Oracle database Experience.
