About the Company

A leading global financial institution is seeking a motivated and talented Client Services Associate (Japanese/thai/Vietnamese/Bahasa) to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service and support to our Korean and international clients, with a focus on understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Fluent in Japanese/thai/Vietnamese/Bahasa and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficient in the use of financial software, data analysis tools and client relationship management systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and develop professional skills


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner
  • Monitor client accounts and portfolios, identifying opportunities and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Prepare and deliver customized reports, presentations and other client-facing materials
  • Coordinate with relationship managers, product specialists and other internal teams to ensure seamless client service
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, requests and transactions
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including gathering required documentation and information
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes and product developments to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
