About The Role
This position represents an Assistant Manager role in our Markets Team, specifically the sector development team for financial services sector. The team member assists the management and delivery of our finance sector and account management programme, focused on supporting key account teams in developing, growing, and managing key accounts.
Responsibilities Assisting The Sector Planning And Management
- Work with the leadership team to drive and increase KPMG’s market share in the financial services eco system
- Assist the leadership team in the annual sector planning process. Help to manage and drive the planning process and work closely with senior team members of the wider team
- Remain abreast with the latest development within the sector by maintaining regular contact with global and regional team peers
- Support key priority account and growth target pots teams when they go-to-market and prepare for client pitches & presentations and share your sector insights
Experience
- University graduate with at least 3 years relevant experience
- Background in a professional services/ financial services would be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, detail-conscious and pro-active
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with flexibility to adapt to different working styles of senior stakeholders
- Strong Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and MS office suite is essential
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is desirable
