• Client: A Multi-National Interior Fit-Out Contractor
• Position: Project Director
• Responsibilities: Head up the project team and manage multiple fit-out projects from design to construction. Program planning & implementation, quality assurance, budgeting & cost control.
• $70K, 5 day, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Building Studies or related disciplines
• Min. 15 years experience in interior contracting, fit-out
• Relevant experience in high-end Commercial / Retail / Hotel fit-out projects
• Solid experience in interior design and construction
• Excellent project and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
