Requirements
Secondary educated
Min. 1 year frontline customer service exp.
Call center experience will be an advantage
Exp in Telecom / Hotel / Airline / Retail industry preferred
Good communication skills and phone manner
Good command of spoken Chinese, English (Putonghua a plus)
