Associate (Customer Service & Account Maintenance), Operations
Ensure accurate and timely completion of data capture in the system for all client data maintenance
Liaise with frontline/compliance/other supporting units on documentation related issues
Counterparties account opening and maintenance
Facilitate the client onboarding process by assisting in account opening and services for corporate and institutional clients.
Carry out UATs on system implementation
Other tasks as assigned by head of department
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Finance related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (customer service experience gained in securities industry and knowledge on related SFC requirements an advantage)
Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint applications and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attentive to details, be able to work under pressure and independently
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; knowledge of Simplified Chinese a plus
More experience will be considered for senior roles
