Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of data capture in the system for all client data maintenance
  • Liaise with frontline/compliance/other supporting units on documentation related issues
  • Counterparties account opening and maintenance
  • Facilitate the client onboarding process by assisting in account opening and services for corporate and institutional clients.
  • Carry out UATs on system implementation
  • Other tasks as assigned by head of department


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Finance related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (customer service experience gained in securities industry and knowledge on related SFC requirements an advantage)
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details, be able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; knowledge of Simplified Chinese a plus
  • More experience will be considered for senior roles
