Reporting to the Associate Director of Parent Education and Marketing, the Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content across 3 professional services offered by the AISL Group: AISL Academy, AISL Outdoor and AISL Mall.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute and create editorial contents on brands’ digital platforms including Facebook & Instagram to drive traffic to online channels and ultimately, boost traffic and sales
  • To create social media strategies to improve brand awareness amongst target customers; drive engagement and build up communities online
  • Involve in the end-to-end digital content process: from strategy planning and content creation to editing, scheduling and Ad boosting
  • Research and brainstorm creative and exciting content ideas for social media platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media content is delivered in a timely schedule
  • Oversee site metrics, interact with readers, and be responsible for creative design with the designer
  • Understand the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each channel
  • Responsible for paid strategies and will need to be adept at using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager or other paid options on channels
  • Support ad-hoc offline events and client communications


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Writing and communication skills are a must
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in social media, and digital marketing experience is an advantage
  • Agency experience is an advantage
  • Excellent Chinese and English writing skills
  • Strong project management, writing and editing skills
  • Good conceptual thinking, creative and attention to details
  • Passionate, positive and willing to work independently and in a team
  • Interested in and knowledgeable about online learning, outdoor education and affiliate marketing
  • Immediate available is preferred
