Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Relationship Managers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, offering independent investment advisory and wealth management solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to provide customized financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs and HNW families.
• Acquire new clients and expand the firm's assets under management (AUM).
• Provide independent investment advisory and wealth management solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with internal investment professionals to deliver top-tier financial products and services.
• Stay informed on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing comprehensive financial planning, portfolio management, and risk management solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or external asset management.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant professional qualifications (CFA, CFP, CAIA) are a plus.
