We are now looking for a talent experienced with Associate Director/ Director (SAP Focus) to join our Technology Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

You will work alongside other consultants on a variety of digital, technology, and digital transformation topics. Every project is different, but you can expect to:

• Work closely with the Service Leader (Partner) in helping grow the competency, identify and execute the go-to-market approach and client coverage.
• Provide support on helping client to transform their legacy system to SAP system.
• Serve as the lead SAP functional consultant and subject matter expert for our clients
• Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions to support core business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure seamless system integration
• Lead a team of SAP functional consultants, serving as a mentor and coach to develop their technical and consulting skills
• Conduct SAP system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure high system performance and user satisfaction
• Monitor and supervise the team of transformation specialists working across a range of clients
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions
  
  
  

Experience & Background

• Degree holder with minimum 9-years' experience in SAP implementation or consulting, with expertise in core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.)
• Experience in leading a large ERP implementation team with at least one end to end project implementation cycle
• Experience in business development, proposal writing, and client relationship management
• Consulting experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4, HANA is preferred
• Proven experience in a senior/leadership role, managing a team of SAP consultants
• Ability to communicate effectively and good relationship management skills
• Ability to lead teams, including provision of feedback and coaching
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
