Provide Front of House service including greeting customers, and handling general inquiries
Handle all incoming phone inquiries, email, and WhatsApp messages
Provide daily administrative and clerical support work to the team
Responsible for the end-to-end sales order fulfillment process from order receipt, and processing to delivery
Provide various support to the sales and after-sales team to ensure delivering the greatest service to customers
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
DSE/ HKCEE or above
1 year or above working experience in Customer Service or related, experience in the automotive industry would be preferred
Customer services oriented with excellent customer service skills and communication skills
Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Applications and Chinese word processing
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Fresh graduates will also be considered
