My client is a rapidly growing financial services company with a strong presence in Greater China and Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Group Senior Finance Manager/Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting across group platforms, assist in managing financial statements, and ensure compliance with fiscal regulations and internal controls.
• Support the establishment of cross-border platform companies, collaborating with legal teams to provide necessary documentation.
• Participate in developing cross-border financial and tax strategies, addressing institution setup, offshore accounts, and related issues.
• Create optimization strategies for domestic and international tax, ensuring compliance with local authorities.
• Assist in initializing and optimizing financial systems

Job Requirements

• Experience in international or group financial management.
• Strong understanding of cross-border treasury or asset management preferred.
• Comprehensive corporate finance and tax management experience with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Chinese foreign exchange management and overseas tax regulations.
• Excellent academic background and communication skills.
• Fluency in Chinese is required
