Client: Call Center for 1) Hotel, 2) Public Utilities, 3) e-Payment platform, 4) IT Services
Position: Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities: Answering inbound call (No selling), handling customers' inquiries and resolving complaints:
Hotel: reservation and facilities bookings (day shift)
Public Utilities: installation and maintenance services, billing (day shift)
e-Payment: account opening, billing (day shift)
IT Services: system technical support (day / night shift)
Virtual Bank: eBanking services (day / night shift)
$15-20K. 5 days per week. Medical. Bonus
Requirements
Secondary educated or above
1 year experience in customer services
Good communication and phone manner
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Willing to work on shift hours and public holidays.
