Manage inbound and outbound hotline services to support customer inquiries and service requests.
Resolve customer complaints related to underwriting, policy services, and claims efficiently.
Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and respond to inquiries promptly.
Assist with day-to-day operations and seamlessly accept additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
HKDSE: Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics, or equivalent education.
Must hold Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Paper 1 & 3 qualifications.
1-3 years of experience in the life insurance industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service. (FG and less experience will also consider)
Proactive, self-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with a focus on problem-solving.
Capable of managing complex issues while meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
