my client - EAM/multifamily office is looking for Client service specialist (CDD onboarding). only accepting experienced ARM candidates with HKSI certified
Responsibilities
- Managing the administration and service execution of client accounts and investments;
- Performing due diligence and onboarding of clients and counterparties;
- Managing client and counterparty databases;
- Executing trades, monitoring and reconciliation;
- Adhere to rules and regulations set forth by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong with regards to Type 1, 4 and 9 licensed activities, and the regulation and compliance rules of the Company
Qualifications
- Degree holder with years of relevant working experience within an asset management business or finance institution ideally in a private bank or wealth management company
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
