Role:

• Develop and structure innovative financial products across traditional asset classes and digital assets.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify opportunities for new product development.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, trading, and risk management, to ensure successful product implementation.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored structuring solutions.
• Monitor and manage the performance of structured products, making adjustments as necessary to optimise returns and manage risks.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on structuring techniques and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring financial products, with exposure to both traditional and digital assets.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and structuring tools.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
