Our client is a renowned hospitality group with projects spanning the globe. They are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to join their innovative team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and creative execution of marketing and brand communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and enhancing its global presence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to define and execute the visual direction for marketing and brand communication projects across high-profile properties and ventures.
• Lead and mentor a team of graphic and multimedia designers, ensuring the highest standards of creativity, consistency, and quality in all deliverables.
• Act as a hands-on leader, contributing to the creative process and stepping in to execute design work when necessary to achieve exceptional results.
• Support marketing and media events by overseeing photoshoots, video productions, and other creative elements as required.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in art/creative roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing creative teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
• Experience working in the Greater China region is an advantage.
