Role:
* Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.
* Organise and participate in capital introduction events, roadshows, and networking sessions.
* Conduct due diligence on potential investors and facilitate connections with fund managers.
* Provide regular updates and reports to investors on investment performance and market trends.
* Develop and implement strategic and tactical asset allocation frameworks.
* Analyse financial markets, economic trends, and investment research to inform decisions.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
* Perform regular portfolio reviews and make adjustments to optimise returns and manage risks.
* Collaborate with portfolio managers and financial analysts to construct and maintain diversified investment portfolios.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital introduction, asset allocation, or a related role within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.
* Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
* Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Bloomberg, Reuters, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
