About our client


Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Executive Assistant (EA) to work closely with senior HR stakeholders and other EAs globally. This role will be a one year rolling contract for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator & EA to assist the lead managers in their HR team.


Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to a senior member of the Human Resources team
  • Coordinate interview schedules and other appointments with suppliers and other EAs in other offices in Asia
  • Frequent liaison with colleagues in the US offices
  • Plan daily meetings and work schedules
  • Support ad hoc projects as and when required


Qualifications


  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline
  • 5-10 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition or Human Resource Coordinator. Additional, later, 3-8 years' experience as an EA or Secretary working for senior executives in sizeable multi-national financial services organisations would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time-management skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to handle large scale coordinations across multiple points, and be both responsive and proactive
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) is essential.
  • Confident communication skills, good inter-personal skills, a 'can do' attitude, strong teamwork ethic, and mature outlook.
  • A strong command in spoken and written English is a priority language, whilst fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be a 'nice to have' but not mandatory


Required Skills


  • Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and HR coordination, as well as providing executive support in large multinational financial services firms
  • Strong command in spoken and written English
