Our client is a renowned hospitality group with projects spanning the globe. They are seeking Manager, PR Event to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional PR-focused events that align with the organization's strategic goals and elevate its brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the leadership team to conceptualize, plan, and execute PR-driven events, including activations, media briefings, and exclusive gatherings, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure events meet broader organizational goals and deliver impactful results.
• Generate fresh, innovative ideas to create standout experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Directly manage external event agencies, providing clear briefs and ensuring all deliverables meet organizational standards.
• Supervise all aspects of event execution, including planning, setup, run-of-show, and post-event breakdown, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in the events and PR industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• At least 5 years in public relations/event management roles.
• Experience working in Greater China region is a strong advantage.
• Background in hospitality/retail/FMCG is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
