We are seeking an experienced Sales & Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage key client relationships within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in staffing augmentation / professional services and IT consulting.


Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Management:

Build and grow business opportunities within the BFSI sector, focusing on Technology related staff augmentation / solutions, managed services, and SOW-based engagements.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams to drive revenue growth.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.


Client Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Work closely with client stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align tailored staffing solutions accordingly.

Develop account expansion strategies, ensure timely renewals and contract negotiations for long-term business sustainability.


SOW & Staffing Business Execution:

Lead and manage Statement of Work (SOW) projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and deliverables.

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful staffing fulfillment and workforce management.

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and SLAs to align with both client and company objectives.


Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.

Provide reports and insights on a regular basis to senior management on sales performance and market trends.


Qualifications & Skills:

- At least 4-5+ years of experience in either business development OR account management within the BFSI domain

- Proven track record in relationship management and revenue growth in the technology / IT consulting field

- Possess sales/account management experience related to staffing augmentation / professional services related fields

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
