Job Purpose & Objectives

As part of the MTN desk activity, actively participate in the MTN issuance process of structured notes linked to Equity for Asian clients.

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of issuing Structured Notes linked to Equity in Asia.

• Coordinate the issuance process as Issuer with all teams involved, including sales, trading, structuring and operations.

• Managing communication with both internal parties and external parties

• Help in the automation of the most commonly issued structured notes. Drafting Legal documentation of manual trades like term sheets and pricing supplements

Qualification & Experience

• Master degree

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Structured Notes industry

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, confident, communication skills

• Analysis skills, task oriented

• Reliable and trustable

Language

• Fluent in English

• Knowledge of Spanish will be valued
