Job Highlights

To cope with our expansion and continuous growth in the transportation and logistics related service, we are inviting talents to join our professional team.

About The Role :

  • Handling of all customers’ queries and complaints
  • Collect payment from customer for Store-value account top-up, payment of toll fare & surcharge
  • Issue VTT, TT & 2-piece toll tags
  • Checking toll tag, 2-piece device & windscreen (outlets)
  • Handling account registration, refund & dispute
  • Prepares the daily report for money collected from different channels at the services centre
  • Handle the stock in & out of VTT; TT & 2-piece device
  • Pack & arrange delivery of VTT, TT & 2-piece to customer, services centre / outlets
  • Arrange stock replenishment of TT to all the services provider of Designated outlets / vending machine
  • Prepare the stock take report including to collect the stock take report from all outlets
  • Shift duty is required

About You :

  • DSE or above
  • At least two years full time working experience in customer service roles
