The incumbent will be responsible for leading the team to complete month end closing, preparing schedules, financial reports and analysis. He/ she also responsible for review daily cashflow forecast, follow up the invoice discrepancies with concerned departments and reconcile the intercompany balances.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the vendor master for all HK business units, including creation, updates, and handling inquiries;
• Overseeing daily petty cash operations;
• Managing foreign exchange hedging data in SunGard
• Executing all payment-related procedures, such as 3-ways matching and journal entries;
• Participating in UAT for systems like D365 and ORC, and providing feedback from a payment perspective; and
• Preparing payment-related reports and supporting the annual audit, along with other ac-hoc projects

Requirements
Higher Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines Ÿ

At least 5 years’ relevant working experience Ÿ

Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (including Putonghua) Ÿ

Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel Ÿ

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, good communication and analytical skills Ÿ

Immediate available will be an advantage
