The IGNITE Internship Program is a 12-week internship at FedEx, offering high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and practical skills to jumpstart their careers. Whether your interests lie in Marketing, Planning and Engineering, or Human Resources, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

Internship Opportunities by Function

Marketing

Supporting specialized vertical (AUTOMOTIVE / HEALTHCARE) market research; various specialized product’s product go to market – Go to Sales Efforts; Basic data analysis

Preferred background: Business/Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering

Human Resources
Create engaging communication material to enable visibility of DEI&O and FedEx Culture Values including designs for websites, email newsletters, internal communication platforms, print material, and presentation templates; Design toolkits to educate team members on a variety of DEI&O topics.; Collect and edit stories from team members to showcase how they have embraced our DEI&O and Culture values; Support initiatives for engaging team members to support our DEI&O and Culture values. 

Preferred background: Gender Studies, Cultural Studies

Planning and Engineering -APAC Network Operations Control Center (Role: Flight Operations Controllers)
Supporting full time flight operations controllers in managing the FedEx Flight Network in APAC region in the 7/24 Network Operations Control Center; manage unit load device (ULD) inventory and balancing.

Preferred background: Aviation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Science
 

Planning and Engineering - Freight Movement Center
Working in the Freight Movement Center, you will be supporting the team with daily work and process improvement.

Preferred background: Aviation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Science
