Reporting to COO, this person will work along with both internal and external parties to achieve differentiation and brand awareness through digital marketing initiatives. The role will work with executives to review the Company’s digital presence, propose strategic plans to drive customer and client acquisition, engage relationships, and ultimately optimize digital performance for the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop digital marketing strategies including target setting, project priority, budgets, and KPI metrics.
• Manage teammates to drive digital performance across Social Media, SEO, Email, Display, CRM, etc.
• Educate the brand in both local and global markets, extending market footprints across regions.
• Define and develop go-to-market strategies with measurable and sustainable metrics for success.
• Ensure consistency of message across all digital and social platforms with the optimization of cross-functional activity to deliver commercial results.

Required Education:

• University Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and marketing communications.
• Well-versed in planning and executing marketing strategies in both local and regional markets.
• Experience in digital/advertising agencies/Online Travel Agency would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to distil complex information and translate it into clear, actionable steps for the team.
• Good management skills with strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and resolve client issues.
• More experience with relevant background would be considered as Senior Manager – Marketing.
