Responsibilities:
~ To assist the Facilities Manager to oversee and monitor the technical team to work closely with the client to provide technical supports and ensure smooth daily operations
~ To provide guidance and supervision to in-house technicians in routine maintenance and emergency repairs
~ To undertake the process of procurement and contract administration
~ To monitor the performance of service providers to ensure workmanship, schedule and details in line with the required standards
Requirements:
~ Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
~ Minimum 3 years' solid experience in handling routine repair and prevent maintenance works
~ Registered Electrical Work (Grade A/B) is preferred
~ Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
