Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintenance, building service engineering and supervisory duties, and ad hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate in Air-conditioning / Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from IVE / technical institute
• 3 years' experience in building management within which at least 1 year is at supervisory level
• Registered Electrical Work (Grade A/B) is preferred
• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
