The Position

• Handle incoming enquiries, feedback and complaints effectively within the established system
• Coordinate, monitor and provide progress reports on various projects and enquiry channels. Conduct various analysis as required
• Support internal budget control and the invoice submission system
• Provide comprehensive operational support for events and visits, including coordinating meetings with external parties
• Assist the supervisor in marketing coordination and the completion of administrative tasks
• Undertake any other duties and ad hoc projects as needed

The Candidate

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in administration, marketing, program management or event management
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, detail-oriented, and adept at time management to deliver in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
