Providing logistics / administrative support in IT projects / systems / services, including technical support / training to internal users regarding computer operation, internet access, WiFi, & software systems / applications.
Maintaining & updating technical / departmental documentation e.g. technical manuals, SOP, helpdesk records, inventory records, case reports, service contract updates, information search, audit / accreditation materials preparation, data analysis, etc.
Coordinating with vendors to administer service agreements / to resolve technical issues on desktop computers, servers, infrastructure, network or applications problems or other ad-hoc requirements.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines. At least 1-year relevant experience in IT industry.
Knowledge and experience in infrastructure such as MS Windows server, MS SQL, O365, virtualization, firewall, switching, network routing and cabling technologies.
Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good team player, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
