Job Duties:

  • Act as a business partner to work closely with designated business units to provide insight and advice on people agenda
  • Handle and manage employee life cycle from recruitment & selection, on-boarding, engagement and talent development
  • Talent Acquisition: Establish resourceful talent acquisition strategies, assess and determine the most productive recruitment sources to identify and attract right talents
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive culture. Drive engagement through recognition, wellness, diversity, and work-life harmonization initiatives. Create a supportive work environment
  • Talent Development: Design and deliver comprehensive programs to enhance employee competencies. Use digital platforms for engaging learning experiences. Stay updated on learning technologies and implement innovative approaches
  • Change Management: Be a change ambassador to provide positive influence to employees to visualize the future growth of the company
  • People Development: Support the development of the team in order to enable continuous enhancement in human resources agenda
  • Supervise subordinate(s) to perform BP duties

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in Business Partnering
  • Excellent language and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies
  • Digital savvy with experience in leveraging technology for learning initiatives
  • Strong numerical sense to analyze and interpret data related to learning programs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Business Partner

Work location: Yuen Long (Occasional travel to other offices located at Wan Chai and Chai Wan will be needed)

Shuttle bus pick up point: Chai Wan/ Quarry Bay / Lam Tin / Kowloon Tong / University Station / Long Ping Station
